Patient Guidelines

Visiting Hours

• General Patients: 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM & 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• ICU/NICU: Restricted access, one visitor allowed with permission
• Visitors must follow hygiene and silence protocols.
• Children below 12 years are not allowed in patient areas.

During Your Stay

• Patients and attendants must wear hospital-issued ID bands.
• Please follow all medical instructions and do not self-medicate.
• Our in-house medical team, including RMOs and nursing staff, is available 24x7.
• Keep personal belongings safe; the hospital is not responsible for loss of valuables.

Discharge Procedure

• Discharges are processed only after the final consultation and clearance from the accounts department.
• Discharge summary, prescription, and follow-up instructions will be provided.
• Mediclaim or insurance patients must coordinate with the TPA cell for documentation.

Billing & Payments

• Bills are updated daily and shared during discharge.
• We accept payments via cash, debit/credit cards, and UPI.
• For insurance cases, TPA coordination is handled by our in-house team.
• Please retain all bills and reports for future reference.
